I really had no idea there were so many different options I had
and really how much more time using some of these options
could give me and still let me stay in my home without payments. Something I really
liked was that the author told you the good and the bad of each
option and the likely results. I also liked that he doesn’t try to give
you general stuff which may or may not work in your state but gives
information strictly for the state of Florida. The appendix on how
banks work was a real eye opener and the section on what to watch
out for from scammers was very helpful as I have encountered a
couple of those characters. If you live in the state of Florida and
are behind or even may start to get behind in your house payments,
this book could save you a lot of time, money, and trouble. It could
also relieve some stress since a lot of stress is from NOT knowing
what’s going to happen next. The author tells you the exact sequence of
what happens and gives you a time frame so that you don’t wonder
if the next knock on the door is the sheriff.
